Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.
We support returns and refunds for buyers within 30 business days after receiving the goods, but the following conditions must be met:
- Returns will not be supported after 30 business days.
- All returned items must be in brand new, unopened, unmarked, and resalable condition. We do not accept used or worn items.
- Customized items and items sold at a special discount cannot be returned unless the product has defects or printing errors.
Return Shipping Costs
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong size or a defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to the buyer’s reason, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return and Refund Process
- Please send your return request and order number to [email protected].
- We will reply to your email within 2 business days and provide the return address and return label filling instructions.
- You need to fill in the return label inside our original packaging according to the requirements in our email, then paste it onto the returned packaging box, and then mail the product to the address provided in our email.
- We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. Please note that the refund will be issued to your original payment method and it may take up to 7 business days to be reflected in your original payment method account. This means that you will need a total of 10 business days to receive your refund after we receive your return.
Exchange Policy
We do not support exchanges. We will not ship replacement items until we have received the returned product. If the buyer needs a replacement immediately, a new order must be placed with full payment. The old order must go through the return and refund process.
